We have more than 40 years of experience in thermoforming technology. Striving at meeting customer expectations we are constantly expanding our machine park, investing in latest technological equipment that gives us new possibilities. Currently, we have 19 production lines for thermoforming and our CNC Department is equipped with modern CNC machines.

MATERIALS

We use the whole available range of raw materials: PET, PS, ABS, PP as well as all their variations.

RAW MATERIAL CELLULOSE

We process virgin cellulose fibers from coniferous and deciduous trees, sourced in Europe and recycled fibers

MACHINE PARK

17 production lines equipped with the latest multi-station automatic machines from two European leaders producing thermoforming machines from KIEFEL and ILLIG.

CNC DEPARTMENT

With advanced CNC machines we create a complete tooling for further use in our production.

RECYCLING DEPARTMENT

Quick milling of production waste. This allows the reuse of regranulate and establishment of a closed production cycle.

LAB

Carries out physical and instrumental tests. The contact optical equipment allows measurements in three axes.

WAREHOUSE NAVIGATION

Forklifts with radio-frequency identification navigation allow for quick and efficient work in the warehouse.

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Warehouse Management System allows for coordination and optimization of warehouse activities.
