Since 2018, in cooperation with universities in the region and Technical College in Inowrocław, Poli has been offering apprenticeships to students.

Yes, we recommend that you submit your CV. If we need new employees for the position chosen by the candidate, and the application meets the expectations, we will certainly get back to you.

Each candidate is informed about the results of the recruitment process, regardless of whether the result is positive or negative.

What is the company's work system?

There is a three-shift system for the Production Department, while in other departments the work is carried out in one or two shifts.

What type of work-uniform do you wear in Poli?

Poli provides uniforms and footwear for all employees in departments that require special clothing.

Which languages are required for potential employees?

Due to the fact that we cooperate with a number of foreign customers, the knowledge of foreign languages is useful in many positions. In the case of production employees, knowledge of foreign languages is not required. However, there are some positions in other departments where the ability to speak English is essential.

What is the hazard of working with plastics?

The processing of plastics is safe for the environment and for human health. No harmful gases or dusts are emitted during production.
